I am a Sous Chef by trade, and now have moved to Australia to be a home chef for my lovely woman. As I have time to enjoy my new kitchen, I spend most of it experimenting with new and exciting ingredients and ideas. Life doesn't get any better than this!!!
My favorite things to cook
wraps, roasts, stir frys, asian dishes, chiles and stews, pastas...pretty much everything. I bake bread daily.
My cooking triumphs
Too many times to count I've ruined dishes, and pulled them back to wonderful. This I find challenging, and the most satisfying.
