About this Cook
I am a Sous Chef by trade, and now have moved to Australia to be a home chef for my lovely woman. As I have time to enjoy my new kitchen, I spend most of it experimenting with new and exciting ingredients and ideas. Life doesn't get any better than this!!!
My favorite things to cook
wraps, roasts, stir frys, asian dishes, chiles and stews, pastas...pretty much everything. I bake bread daily.
My cooking triumphs
Too many times to count I've ruined dishes, and pulled them back to wonderful. This I find challenging, and the most satisfying.

Pasta Salad with Homemade Dressing
I love this salad and, as usual, made some slight changes...I used green onion instead of red (my girl doesn't like to smell like raw onions,) I added sun-dried tomatoes, and celery. I almost doubled the recipe for the dressing, and I subbed Keen's mustard powder for seed, and added a bit of sugar and worcestershire sauce. This salad I'm sure is beautiful the way it is,but I am positive it rocked the way I made it too. (((((Peace n Love to you))))

Oh-So-Good Chicken
I made a larger portion of this, and took it upon myself to add some ingredients to the recipe. I sautéed some bite sized bacon pieces with the mushrooms, and when the bacon was almost done, added some diced green and red peppers. I also added more cheese, including some mozza, and some v8 juice. It was freaking delicious. I'll make this again for sure. Kids loved it! Maybe sprinkle some tortilla chips on top?
