Pizza Dough I
I bake a lot so I don't mind a recipe with a lot of steps, but I'm not going to complain when something soooo easy tastes soooo good.
If you stretch it thin, this makes a perfect Brooklyn style foldable crust. If you keep it a little thicker, it gives a great handtossed style crust. We always make extra dough for a dessert pizza or cinnamon sticks.
