This are great hash browns! I used a bag of frozen hash browns because that is what I had on hand and it worked out great.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

This are very tasty! My 7 year old son just gave me a double thumbs up! I followed the recipe to the 'T', but only made a half recipe. Next time I will make a full recipe but only use one package of onion soup. I do like the salty taste of the meat mixture and the sweet flavor from the buns.

Mini Meatloaves

These are the best! I've made them many times and they always turn out great. I do add 1 tsp of liquid smoke to the sauce. I like the smoky favor it adds to the sauce. I usually double the recipe...freeze some for my grandmother and take some to work for lunch.

Tasted great! Used fresh spinach from our garden. It does make a lot of dressing.

Asian Tuna Patties

These were great! My six and two year old liked them. I didn't have sesame oil, but will use next time. I used crushed club crackers for the bread crumbs. I used corn flour instead of corn meal, because that is what I had on hand. The corn meal is a must, because it gives an extra crunch.
