Very easy to make! My boyfriend and I went to a Cuban Restaurant a few weeks back and I've been craving this ever since. Found this recipe and made last Monday. Its very easy to assemble, I work a full-time 8-5 job and Zumba after so it get a little tough for me to make us dinner the nights I have Zumba. When I made I use a London Broil and the rest of the ingredients exactly. It turned out wonderfully, and I was able to have a GOOD meal before my class. My boyfriend loved it and wants me to make it again, and that I can do!

My boyfriend said it was the best lasagna he has ever had!! My bf considers himself a food snob but loved this meal and definitely wants to keep it in rotation. I did add fresh garlic when cooking the onions. Since its only him and myself we have plenty of leftovers for lunch or dinner. Will definitely make again!

This was a great recipe!!! I did make a few changes that really worked. As many other reviewers stated I added an entire bag of spinach as my BF and I love spinach and know how good it is. I also used a jarred Paul Newman Alfredo sauce - used about 85% of the jar. And used Whole Foods Basil Pesto. We also did not have romano cheese so we used fresh parm cheese and used 4 cloves of garlic. This was am absolute hit. My BF asked to put in the weekly rotation and I completely agree as it wasn't hard to make nor did it take very long!! Also I read some reviews that said to boil the water for the pasta first, I do agree with that and I do not agree with cooking the garlic for 2-3 min as that time may burn it.
