Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2013
These rolls are so good. The pecans add a delicious buttery-ness and there is the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar in them. I'm going to make them again, right now.

Beignets

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2013
These beignets are really, really good. I've make them a couple times and though they are time consuming, they are so worth the effort. They only down side of this recipe (if it could be considered a downside), it makes a lot of beignets, so be prepared for leftovers.

Plain Cake Doughnuts

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2013
These were the best doughnuts I have ever made. They were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and had the perfect amount of sweetness. I will be making these again!

Mexican Potato Nachos

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2013
These were pretty good, very filling. I think were a lot of effort for some that tastes good but also tastes so simple. I'll make them again when i feel like making the time for them.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2013
I liked these doughnuts, but after reading the reviews, I was expecting Krispy Kremes. These doughnuts tasted like deep-fried rolls coated with sugar, which really isn't bad. Can't say if I'll make them again or not.

Aside from being a little crumbley, these were great.

These were okay. My brothers liked them better than I did. Personally I liked them better cold.

Banana-Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
I've made this recipe so many times by now I've lost count. Its really good and the combination of the zucchini, banana, cranberries, and walnuts is wonderful. I prefer to cook it at 340 degrees for an hour. I think cooking it at 325 degrees for 50 minutes runs the risk of under cooking it.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
I made these for thanksgiving breakfast with chocolate chips, and then made it again without chocolate chips. I do like chocolate, but it made the muffins ultra rich. I'll make them again, but not in the very near future.

This was really good and I liked it a lot. Right now I'm just trying not to eat all of it before dinner.

Chicken Tacos

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2012
These would be really good if they weren't so sweet. The lemon and lime gives the chicken a wonderful citrus flare but the sugar from the lemon jucie makes you stop and wonder if you were supposed to taste that. Next time I'll use lemon water instead of lemonade.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2012
These cookies are sooooo good. Just finished baking some. They're chewy in the middle and the tiniest bit crisp around the edge and they're loaded with chocolate. My family votes them a winner.

Eggplant and Tomato Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
If I could rate this two-and-a-half stars I would. To describe it in one word I would say its mediocre. I was not very impressed and neither were my brothers. (Their not fond of anything without meat though.) I guess I expected more tomato since it is called eggplant and tomato bake. It also needs alot of salt. I'll stick with eggplant parmesan.

Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2012
Hot fudge sundae cake is pretty good. It reminds me of brownie pudding cake; a Better Homes and Gardens recipe that is very similar It definitly needs to be served with ice cream for the sundae effect. Its not fall-on-the-floor amazing but it works well when you need to make dessert for alot of people.

Cappuccino Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2012
These were good, but they were way to sweet for my taste(and that's saying alot). I cut the topping out, but the chocolate chips made them more like cupcakes. Rename them cappucino cupcakes and they'll be five stars.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2012
These onion rings were great! Last night I made them to go with bugers. My family loved them and my friend who was over asked for the recipe. Since I didn't have any bread crumbs I used cracker crumbs instead. I trippled the recipe. There was nothing left. Thanks for the wonerful recipe!
