My favorite things to cook
Chocolate, Bacon, and pretty much anything fried. All the bad stuff. I also like to make Greek food and being half Indian, I like spicy food too.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The egg, cheese and sausge casserole my Mom makes for breakfast every Christmas has got to be one of my favorite cooking traditions. That stuff is so good. Another of my favorite cooking tradtions that I've recently started is making cinamon rolls for breakfast on Sunday mornings before church. My brothers love them and I do too.
My cooking triumphs
My best of cooking triumphs have to be death brownies. Their called that because, as my friends say, you could eat them to you kill yourself.But the recipe's a secret, so I'm not posting it ;)
My cooking tragedies
I think my biggest cooking tragedy was the time I made eggplant lasagna.It tasted really good, but since it was vegetarian my younger brothers acted like I had posioned it. Their review of it made the lasagna a tragedy. If they liked it, I think I might make it again.

Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls
These rolls are so good. The pecans add a delicious buttery-ness and there is the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar in them. I'm going to make them again, right now.

These beignets are really, really good. I've make them a couple times and though they are time consuming, they are so worth the effort. They only down side of this recipe (if it could be considered a downside), it makes a lot of beignets, so be prepared for leftovers.

Plain Cake Doughnuts
These were the best doughnuts I have ever made. They were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and had the perfect amount of sweetness. I will be making these again!
