Sage Pork Chops
Notice a lot of comments about salt and time.... Time will definitely depend on bone in or out, if you use a thin "breakfast" style chop or thick cut. Salt- I teach cooking classes on this subject.. Professional cooks only use kosher salt, iodized salt is pure sodium, and so much more refined that you get way more salt flavor as a posed to bringing out the flavor of your food. The type of salt you use makes a HUGE difference. Iodized salt is so bad for you...
