Super recipe especially for the Christmas holidays. Smoothest fudge I have ever made.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2013
Very good, but very rich. I would decrease the cheese by 1/3 and double rice to 1 Cup.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2012
Delightfully good and very pretty. They mounded up beautifully and didn't run over the edges. I followed another reviewer's advice and put just a little topping on each so they didn't fall.

Best Baked Chicken

Reviewed: May 28, 2012
Fabulous. the chicken was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. I made the full recipe of sour cream mixture but only used 4 chicken breasts and used nearly all the mixture. I think I would double the mixture if I used 8 breasts. Used garlic powder instead of garlic salt. I used boneless chicken breasts and they baked perfectly in 40 minutes.

Mexican-Style Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 10, 2012
Great flavor and texture. The only thing I did differently was to deglaze the pan with wine after browning the chops. I then added the onions and a little water, covered the pan and steamed the onions. I used quick cooking rice not instant and that worked fine. This is going in my recipe box for sure.

Fabulous. I used a 1/2 piece of trimmed bacon for 25 minutes in a 425 0ven. The asparagus was a little crispy on the ends which was perfect. Taste was throught the roof.

Chicken Honey Nut Stir Fry

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2012
This is a keeper. Didn't have ginger root or peanut oil so I substituted canola oil and 2 tsp ground ginger. Also drained and added a small can of sliced mushrooms. It was great served over rice!

Olie Bollen

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2012
Pretty good. but messy and labor intensive If I make them again, I will try additional 1/2 C sugar and additional 1/2 C of flour. I suggest that if trying for the first time, cut recipe in half.

Best turkey recipe EVER!! I renamed it Turkey Stew. I cooked the whole carrots, celery and onions with the carcass then snipped the carrots and celery into the soup with a small handfull of dried minced onions.
