Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2009
I love this marinade, I use it everytime I grill rib-eye or t-bone steaks, you don't even need steak sauce! Marinate them a day or two & they will taste great! I don't add the smoke-flavor but it doesn't seem to matter.

Beef Parmesan with Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2005
Very good, I dipped the steaks in Italian dressing before coating them, the garlic in the pan when browning the meat started to burn so I wouldn't put it in the pan next time. The pasta is very good with the garlic and butter in it. I added extra herbs, garlic, and mushrooms to the spaghetti sauce.

Very good. I ommitted 1/2 c. of the oil and added 1/2 c. applesauce instead. Next time I think I'll add a bit more spice.

This was a good recipe. I added extra zucchini and added ginger, allspice, and cloves to give it more spice. I also substituted 1/4 c. of the oil for applesauce and it worked just fine.

Zucchini Bread IV

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2004
This is a good base recipe. I left out the nuts and used applesauce instead of oil, I also added ground cloves, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice to give it more flavor. I also used two zucchini probably measuring 3 cups, I think I could've added more if I wanted. Very moist.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2004
This was excellent, the topping turned out nice and crunchy. I did add extra milk to the batter like other suggested and I added a little bit of ground cloves, ground ginger, and nutmeg in addition to the cinnamon to add a little more depth to the flavor.

Very Berry Muffins

These turned out great! Adding vanilla and 1/3 or 1/2 cup of sugar made them have an ideal amount of sweetness. I also added a bit of fresh ground nutmeg and ground cloves to give it more flavor. Don't skimp on the fruit either, add more if you like it won't hurt them.

I made this for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it! I left out the walnuts and added more pineapple and brown sugar to the upside down layer and it turned out delicious, the cinnamon adds a unique flavor to the pineapple and brown sugar.

I've made this recipe almost a dozen times now and it's always a success! I add vanilla, and sometimes pecans and chocolate chips. It's always moist and has a crunchy top.
