Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2009
Fantastic! No modifications needed! Just break the cookies into pieces by hand. Couldn't be any more delicious!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
So simple - so delicious! I couldn't get enough of these! Even my DH liked them, and trust me - that's astonishing! I cut the sprounts in half and roasted for 20 minutes at 375 (which was perfect). Everything else was "as is". Will be making this a lot!

Japanese Onion Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
This was fantastic - better than our favorite restaurant. Only change, omit the chicken stock and add 1 teaspoon of chicken boullion granules. And don't bother dicing up the veggies, just do a rough chop since they are discarded anyway.

Thai Spicy Basil Chicken Fried Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2009
Delicious and tastes like it was served in a Thai restaurant. The only change I made was omitting the oyster sauce and did 3T of fish sauce. Also added about 1T of soy sauce. Yummy!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

1,400 5-star reviews too good to be true? Nope! I substituted olive oil and added reduced fat feta cheese. Also, I omitted the butter and used Pam. Insanely delicious!

Chex® Muddy Buddies®

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
Yummy! Just a couple of pointers - 1) Don't use Chocolate Chex, it makes it too sweet. 2) It requires A LOT more powdered sugar to coat it than it calls for. 3) Add a cup of salted peanuts to balance out the sweet. Crowd pleaser!

Jalapeno Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
Yum! I made this for dinner tonight. Very good! Don't be worried that it may be spicy - it's not. Lots of flavor! I did change a couple of things: 1.) I am on a low sodium diet, so I omitted the salt and added 1T of low sodium soy sauce. And 2.) My hubby doesn't tolerate garlic very well, so I only used 1t of jarred minced garlic. Definitely a keeper!
