Chewy Granola Bars

It was way too crumbly and did not hold together. Tasted good, but needs more honey or less oats. I should've have read the other reviews before I jumped head first. My bad! I'll try again with a different ratio

Best Bread Machine Bread

Huh. I'm dumbfounded. This is the lightest bread machine bread we have EVER had. Usually our bread machine bread doesn't rise well and is extremely dense. I wonder if the bread machine makers had it wrong this whole time! My husband liked it so well, he requested it again! He never does that! Thanks a bunch!

Sugar-Free Frosting

The consistancy was like Chocolate Mousse, but we liked it ok. I used chocolate pudding, skim milk, reduced fat cream cheese, and lite whipped topping. Next time, I'll take other people's advice and adjust it for a thicker result. I may even make it again the same way for a sugar-free Chocolate Mousse substitute!

Scalloped Cabbage with Ham and Cheese

Really good. Used low-fat shredded cheddar. My husband and kids weren't expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised. This would probably would be good with hamburger and/or ground pork, too. Thanks!
