Everyone who ate this cheesecake enjoyed it. I did a few things ddifferently though. I didn't use a springform pan because i don't have one. So I used a regular nine inch cake pan andused a spatula to help me gt out the cake with the crust intact. I poured a little water onto the ovens baking tray as I didn't have a separate tray. I used an oreo crust and added about 2 tbls of the oreocrem in the batter itself.I also forgot that I hadn't measured out the greek yougurt, whih I used instead of sourcream, so I added mybe about. 1 1/2 cups of that. Still, I didn't have any cracks. I baked it for anextra fifteen minutes, left it in the oven for about 20 minutes, them left it to cool on a rack for about 3 hours. Then i put it in the fridge overnight. The middle was a bit soft so I put it inthe freezer and served it frozen. It was still great. Served with whipping cream and. cherries
