I wasn't too sure about these when I was making them, but they are really the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. This was my first time making any type of bread, and I learned a few things with these. 1) Use a stand mixer to knead the dough. Makes it much easier. 2) don't roll the dough too thin; otherwise it will break when being rolled up. I also made these the night before baking and they turned out delicious, but a lot of the brown sugar filling leaked out into the bottom of the pan. This wasn't a problem though because it created a kind of sticky syrup at the bottom. So you have the stickiness on the bottom, cream cheese frosting on top, and soft tasty rolls in between. They reheated in the microwave really well too. I will definitely make these again and again and again...
