I have never rated a recipe before but had to say this was fabulous as the recipe title indicates! Fixed this with half the soy sauce (low salt) and made a Merlot sauce to balance it out. Added some fresh rosemary and oregano and fresh cracked pepper. It really did taste like prime rib - was outstanding! Served with pan juices, merlot sauce and horseradish mayo.
