Graham Crust Butter Tarts
Holy cow, these are good. I doubled the recipe, making to batches. There really is only two, rather small, problems with them. One, they are a bit too sweet. I would leave out the sugar in the graham cracker crumbs. The second problem, the shells are a bit of a hassle. They are kinda crumbly. I accidentally baked the first batch of shells two minutes longer than what the recipe calls for. Those stayed together better than the second batch I baked. The second batch i had to put into paper muffin cups to keep them in one piece. Definitely use the raisins and nuts. They would be good without them, but are much better with them.

Creamy Eggnog Fudge
The recipe didn't mention that you are supposed to stir the mixture while boiling. I found that out reading reviews of the recipe. I always dock a recipe ratings points for leaving out ANYTHING. Since I don't read minds, to me that is inexcusable. Having said that, I followed the recipe too a T. The only thing I changed was using rum instead of vanilla, and halved the nutmeg and cinnamon as suggested by others, which should have no affect on the outcome, other than the taste. What I ended up with was a crumbly mess. The only thing I can think of that would've caused that, would be that I boiled it too long. But since the recipe doesn't state how long to boil it, see above comments, I had to go by others reviews and boiled it for 5 minutes. I sampled some of the crumbly mess, and it doesn't taste like egg nog at all.

Fudge Puddles
I made these exactly to the recipe and they are awesome. I used a half teaspoon to measure out the dough, and it's the perfect amount. I also used a one quarter of a teaspoon to make the wells. I put the chocolate mix in a cake icer bag, just squeezed out the needed amount. Only real problem I had was too much fudge left over. I only used about 2/3rds of the fudge.
