Caesar Salad Supreme

This was tasty. All the flavors were good. I would, however, thin out the dressing with a little milk or cream, just so that it coats the lettuce a little more.

World's Best Lasagna

I like my Lasagna recipe better. The sauce was a little to thick in this recipe, and the cheeses were not distinctive from each other. I like it when you can tell which type of cheese you are eating

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

I made this recipe and followed the directions very carefully. This turkey was dry and shredded instead of sliced. I would not recommend this recipe.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I loved this recipe. The Salad was perfect, not too fussy. The dressing was very tasty, probably the ingredient I would not use again would be the rice noodles. They are messy and create a funny smell in the kitchen when frying. I would go with the bagged Chow Mein Noodles int he Chinese Food Section of my grocery store. Ready in a snap, with lots of crunch.

We were very disappointed in this recipe. The ingredients for the sauce sounded good, but when combined and cooked for the designated amount of time, it was watery and tasteless. The shrimp were hard when cooked in the oven as the directions say. I will not make this recipe again.

Whipped Cardamom Sweet Potatoes

I liked the combination of flavors in this recipe. I am a fan of cardamon. However, I would simply fork mash the Sweets next time to give them a little more texture.

Bacon Mushroom Chicken

Broccoli Cheese Layer Bake

My Family did not like this recipe, nor did I. It was overkill on the cheese sauce and it tasted like it had too many preservatives in it, even though I used Fresh Broccoli instead of Frozen. I will make my own version, using my cheese sauce recipe, (from my Mac and Cheese Recipe) and fresh Broccoli. A Sprinkle of Parmesan on top will make it perfect. I will submit the recipe as soon as I get it set up.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

This Pie had all the wonderful flavor that you expect from a Lemon Meringue Pie. It just did not have enough filling. I would increase the amount of filling by half again.

Baked Seafood Au Gratin

I give this recipe 4 stars for content. I would like to give it 5 stars for taste. I scaled the recipe down to 4 servings, and when it printed up, it had some incorrect ingredient amounts. The Flour and Butter amounts never changed. It should read 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup of butter. Once I dealt with that little problem, and put all the ingredients in the oven. I thought the results were excellent. I will keep this recipe in my recipe box and I will certainly make it again. My husband also liked it. I did serve it over rice, because you want to soak up the wonderful cheese sauce. As far as cost goes, yes it is a pricey dish, but the results are worth it.
