Since I retired and started working at home, I find I have to do more cooking than I did before. I eat fewer salads and try to make 2-3 healthy recipes that last through the week.

My cooking tragedies
Macaroni and Cheese -- my mom had a recipe handed down from her mother-in-law that used raw spaghetti, milk and Kraft English slices that I just can't duplicate. I keep trying though. I make a lousy cheese sauce with any recipe I've ever used.
