Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

This was the best Beef Pot Roast I ever made, and I made a lot of them. It took a little longer than some of the others to make but it was well worth it.

Classic Goulash

Just made this the other night, it was OK but it was very bland and I added a green pepper and a couple of jalapeno peppers to it. If I make it again I'll have to spice it up a little more.
