Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

My family loved them. This recipe makes sooo much dought that I just made 4 rolls of dough and put them in the freezer until we needed more.

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

The name of this soup really says it all. It is awesome. I liked it better than my moms homemade potato soup that I have ate all of my life. I added a few carrots for color and they tasted great with the potatoes.

Bruschetta I

My family loves this appetizer even my 7 year old, I added a few things to give it a little kick. I melted mozarella cheese on the bread and added fresh oregano, extra virgin olive oil, a splash of balsamic vinager, and a splash of apple cider vinager to the tomatoes.
