Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2015
Super easy to make! I stripped 1/4 c of onion using a cheese grate and browned it with 1 finely chopped garlic clove in 1 tablespoon of olive oil to add flavor. Other than that I followed the recipe as written and was delish. Everyone in my family loved it except for my 7 yr old...but then again she never likes anything hahaha

Decadent Challah Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2014
I had never baked bread before, yet alone make a braided loaf!! This recipe is really yummy and super easy to follow. The only thing I'd change next time is the final step, where I will add poppy seeds and sesame seeds after brushing with the glaze.

Spinach Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2014
My husband loved it. Super easy to make. Had them in the oven for 15 min instead of 12 because they did not tenderize with that amount of time. Will definetely do again.
