Basic Broiled Chicken Breasts

Moist and delicious. Was not expecting it to taste as good as it did. I boiled mine for a few minutes first because the chicken was not totally thawed. Couldn't stop eating it!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

I made this exactly as the recipe stated. It was delicious! I would not change anything. I liked that it was on the sweeter side, especially for breakfast

Tomato and Zucchini Melange

This was very easy to make. I am always looking for creative ways to use the abundance of zucchini from our garden. I added freshly grated parmesan.
