Powdered Sugar Cookies III

Very, very good! I think there's too much sugar/cinnamon mix on the inside though. Overpowering. Next time I'll add less.

Chicken Garlic Pizza

GREAT pizza! Use the garlic cheese flatbread recipe on this site as the pizza dough. You'll need to cook the dough a little longer than with the store bought brand (total cooking time of 20 min.) but you won't be disappointed. Some of the very best pizza I've ever had. Thanks for the recipe!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Good rolls. Definitely sweet. More of a dessert bread for me. Dough would be great as a cinnamon roll base. As a dinner roll it was too sweet for me.

Best Ever Pie Crust

Yum! This pie crust is so flaky and flavorful. I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 shortening as others suggested. Definitely put everything in the fridge before starting. I still have problems rolling the dough out, but I figure it doesn't matter how "perfect" the pie looks when it tastes so good. Use "Apple Pie by Grandma Ople" from this website as a filling and you won't be disappointed.

Garlic Cheese Flatbread

This bread was so good! My husband and I ate a whole loaf by ourselves. I used real garlic and added dried basil to the butter mixture. I also put a clove of minced garlic in the dough. Turned out perfect.

Stuffed Peppers

Great recipe! I suggest blanching the peppers before cooking, that way you don't need to keep pouring sauce over the peppers and they don't take as long to cook in the oven (half hour instead of an hour). I also added shredded parmesan cheese and sautéed mushrooms to the ground beef mix, which made it even tastier. I skipped mixing the Italian seasonings into the tomato sauce to add on top of the peppers because I don’t like all the flavors. I just poured tomato sauce over the top and added a little more cheese before putting the peppers into the oven.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This dish was excellent! My husband and I absolutely loved it. I also reccomend doubling the sauce like many others have. At the end I thickened the sauce with corn startch. I served the dish with rice. Yum!
