Homesteader Cornbread

This recipes has quickly become my go-to cornbread recipe and in fact I'm just about to make some to use for stuffing! I love the accessibility of the recipe, using products we all have on hand, so no last minute trips to the store for buttermilk. It's moist, a little sweet, and so easy to make.

Pioneer Cut Dumplings from the 1800's

Really great! They are dense and filling and versatile. I made a chicken stew on the fly and added these to it and they really made it great.
