Taught myself to cook at 18th learning slowing but surely over the years. Cooking is my favorite past time! Ofcourse unfortunatly I love to eat also! lol Not sure of favorite to amke but friends and family love my pepperoni lasagna, my potato salad, and my fajitas Pepperoni lasagna, popcorn balls on a stick, peppermint ricecrispy treats. Finally can make a good gravy from scratch! Never thought I'd get that one accomplished! Yuck! In the past, my biggest tragedy was lumps of flour in my gravy, I would have to say. However, once I dropped an entire pan of pasta on floor while taking out of the oven....lol..yes i was honest and threw it out! lol
