Cindy's Jambalaya
The Conecuh sausage makes this recipe. I am from Missouri and that is not sold up here so a couple of times a year when I am in Alabama or Florida I stock up on the sausage. Good Stuff!!!!

Summer Sausage
I mix up about 12 lbs of venision to 3 lbs ground pork. The first batch I cooked was good but very dry. I cut the cooking time back to about 6-1/2 hours for my next batch and it was much better. I mix for 15 lbs of meat.

Cream Cheesy Cubed Zucchini with Lemon and Oregano
I thought it was very good. You just never know what to do with all your zucchini so I must say this is a keeper. It is very simple to make.
