Cranberry Chipotle Meatballs
I made this recipe exactly as the ingredients called for as well as the exact cooking times. Be cautioned - these are extremely spicy! Generally I like hot and spicy foods - I tend to order "very hot" when it comes to wings as well as enjoying tons of cajun and creole foods. But these were so spicy I couldn't eat more than five without giving up. If I make this recipe again it will be definitely without the peppers.

Asian Style Country Ribs
I followed this recipe exactly as shown. Nine hours was way to long to cook, mine cooked on low for 7 and 1/2 hours and they were more than done. Very salty and tough, they did pull apart nicely, however very chewy. My girlfriend loved them, however I am not a big pork fan myself, so I wasn't impressed. I paired this with some jasmine rice with an asian blend of vegetables on top. They seemed to go together nicely - however I do not think I will make this for myself again.

Campbell's(R) Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast
I followed the recipe for this exactly listed on the instructions. The only thing that was quite accurate was the size of the slow cooker needed, I have a 4 qt slow cooker and the roast itself would barely fit (2.81 lbs), let alone the carrots and potatoes. I had to end up using a 7 qt slow cooker, and by the time this was cooked there was not much room to spare. Also I quartered the potatoes rather than halved them. Made this for Christmas diner and my girlfriend, sister and niece loved it!
