Ham 'N' Cheese Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
Really easy and everyone loved Christmas morning!! Will make again! I added one diced green bell paper and half a yellow sweet onion that I sauteed while cooking the shells. I skipped the dry onion since I already added onions :) Came out awesome!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Easy and husband loved! Used Pie Crust IV and doubled the sauce, but didn't use it all, kept the last bit that didn't fit and will eat over mashed potatoes!

Three Cheese Manicotti II

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2014
came out great! Didn't change a thing! Cooked pasta by boiling for 8 minutes so the pasta didn't fall apart and kept its shape. Then just molded the mixture with my hands and just put it into the pasta! super easy! The mixture shaped very well

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2013
So yeah... Im one of the people that couldn't find chipotle chile powder, so I just used 1 1/2 Tbl chile power. It was really good and was just the right sweet and spicy. Will make again. And I'll try harder to find the chipotle power for next time and I'm sure it will be even better!

EAGLE BRAND® Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2014
Yum! I doubled this and used three bags of white chocolate chips! I also just sprinkled a couple handfuls of peanuts. This was my favorite out of all of the fudge I made this Christmas!

Summer Tomato Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2013
This was wonderful! I made my own crust using the Pie Crust IV, I also used low fat mayo cause thats all I had. This reminded me of eating margarita pizza. My husband and I loved it, we will be making this again. This recipe is a real keeper.

Prego® Now and Later Baked Ziti

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
This was super easy and made a ton! The only things I did differently was I did only one pound hamburger and also one pound ground italian sausage (sausage is cheaper by a few bucks), I also added one 16oz container of ricotta into the sauce. It made the sauce creamy. I did use 2 disposable foil pans as suggested and we ate one and I froze the other one! Husband really liked and I'm looking forward to eating our second one later!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2012
My husband loved this recipe and so did I, It made the house smell so good! I Just did 3 super large chicken breasts l and shoved them in a 8X8 (lined with foil), used half the sauce and only flipped them once and when I did I dumped the rest of the sauce over them. I did the oven at 400 degrees for 35 minutes as suggested but another review. Came out really moist. Will make again!

Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2012
This was really good! It’s very sweet and spicy with a mild orange taste. I love spicy, but I noticed that my husband kept sniffling. So maybe next time I won't add as much pepper flakes. Also be careful, I was on a roll adding my ingredients and the way its spaced in the recipe above I ended up adding the olive oil in to my sauce. My bad!, So since I was doubling it I added 4 tablespoons in it! I tossed it and was pretty mad at myself. So just a heads up not to do the same thing I did :)

Pot Stickers Traditional

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
This was my first time making pot stickers, and they turned out great! I did double it all because i had bought a whole head of cabbage, and a pound of meat and i didn't want it to go to waste. I didn't really change much. I did only wait about 4 hours before i started to make them cause i was hungry!! Also i accidentally added 1 tsp sugar. and lastly i only used 3/4 cup water after i fried them in the oil. I made (10 at a time) other then that i did it just the same :) I freezed what we didn't cook up for dinner. If you have space in your freezer i suggest you lay them out on a cookie sheet or in a large tupperware not touching each other and stick in the freezer for like a 1/2 - 1 hour that way you can bag them up and they don't freeze/stick together.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2012
OMG!!! This is sooooooo good! I DOUBLED IT! Took left overs to work and kept warm in crock pot. It got all eaten up by 11am! What I did: used celery seed instead of fresh celery, used 2 1/2 bouillon cubes instead of the granules, added one can green beans, one can corn and add cheese at the end, oh and I let my butter/milk/flour cook on a higher setting and let it get SUPER thick!! Oh man this was so good! Everyone at work was asking about it! Thanks for sharing!!
