Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
Freaking awesome!! Everyone loved at the super bowl party!! I accidently bought franks hot wing sauce but it still turned out great. Also I don't like canned meat either but I tried it and it tasted totally fine mixed in with the sauce, I wouldn't waste the time of cooking up chicken breasts. This took minutes to cook. It great just the way the recipe is :)

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
My husband loved this! I did triple it. Did one crock pot for home and the double batch for a Halloween Pot Luck. Everyone really liked at work too! I did Sub 1 cup oats instead of the walnuts, and that is way too much. Cause it swelled up and made to much crust. then i made the apples too thinly sliced, and it totally turned in to apple sauce. I think next time I'll stick to the walnuts and BIG apple slices. Other than what i did wrong it was wonderful!

Pot Stickers Traditional

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
This was my first time making pot stickers, and they turned out great! I did double it all because i had bought a whole head of cabbage, and a pound of meat and i didn't want it to go to waste. I didn't really change much. I did only wait about 4 hours before i started to make them cause i was hungry!! Also i accidentally added 1 tsp sugar. and lastly i only used 3/4 cup water after i fried them in the oil. I made (10 at a time) other then that i did it just the same :) I freezed what we didn't cook up for dinner. If you have space in your freezer i suggest you lay them out on a cookie sheet or in a large tupperware not touching each other and stick in the freezer for like a 1/2 - 1 hour that way you can bag them up and they don't freeze/stick together.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
I only did half the recipe cause I was just making three breasts and it turned out great. I also used minced garlic out of a jar. ½ tsp= 1 clove. And I thought it worked really well. I also only had Italian bread crumbs. Other then that I followed exactly the same. I can’t wait to make this when we have family over I know it will be a hit.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2012
This was really good and warmed up very nicely the next day for breakfast. I did two regular loaf size pans. Well one was silicone and the other was glass. The glass one came out way better then the silicone. I cooked them for about an hour and 10 minutes. I also did the crumb topping but I think next time ill skip it, its sweet enough with out it :)

Pie Crust IV

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
This is the best crust I have ever had, and super easy. I tried to make it harder then it was and over mixed it the first time, which made it harder to work with and denser (still tasted good) The second time when i added the water i was more gentle and as soon as it started to stick together it was ready. so DONT OVER MIX. it was so smooth, thick, fluffy, and stretchy, so easy to work with. Looking forward to using it all the time!
