Ham 'N' Cheese Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
Really easy and everyone loved Christmas morning!! Will make again! I added one diced green bell paper and half a yellow sweet onion that I sauteed while cooking the shells. I skipped the dry onion since I already added onions :) Came out awesome!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
This was awesome, I followed it exactly the same. I did the 5 1/2 pound roast and was scared that it wouldn't be done in time cause it barely fit in the crock pot, but it came out perfect! Added flour to the gravy! Yum Yum!!

Pie Crust IV

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
This is the best crust I have ever had, and super easy. I tried to make it harder then it was and over mixed it the first time, which made it harder to work with and denser (still tasted good) The second time when i added the water i was more gentle and as soon as it started to stick together it was ready. so DONT OVER MIX. it was so smooth, thick, fluffy, and stretchy, so easy to work with. Looking forward to using it all the time!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2012
This was really good! Turkey has always been really hard for me to season enough to taste, but this had great taste and texture! I used ground turkey over ground turkey breast and also just used a pound. By doing 1/3 of the recommend ingredients we had a easy and quick 4 burgers!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
Freaking awesome!! Everyone loved at the super bowl party!! I accidently bought franks hot wing sauce but it still turned out great. Also I don't like canned meat either but I tried it and it tasted totally fine mixed in with the sauce, I wouldn't waste the time of cooking up chicken breasts. This took minutes to cook. It great just the way the recipe is :)

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2012
This was really good and warmed up very nicely the next day for breakfast. I did two regular loaf size pans. Well one was silicone and the other was glass. The glass one came out way better then the silicone. I cooked them for about an hour and 10 minutes. I also did the crumb topping but I think next time ill skip it, its sweet enough with out it :)

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2012
OMG!!! This is sooooooo good! I DOUBLED IT! Took left overs to work and kept warm in crock pot. It got all eaten up by 11am! What I did: used celery seed instead of fresh celery, used 2 1/2 bouillon cubes instead of the granules, added one can green beans, one can corn and add cheese at the end, oh and I let my butter/milk/flour cook on a higher setting and let it get SUPER thick!! Oh man this was so good! Everyone at work was asking about it! Thanks for sharing!!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
This was really yummy, they were so tender they just fell apart. I did transfer my sauce to a pot on the stove and added extra flour. I was really hungry and wanted to speed up the sauce thickning process. Worked well and husband loved!
