Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Very Good! I tied twine abound the roast and went full 8 hours on slow. Added red potatoes. Made 2 cups of delicious gravy. Sliced nicely. YUMMY!

Pumpkin Breakfast Casserole

Very good and moist! I made this with whole grain bread and added multicolored raisins and pecans to the mixture. Husband loves it!
