Velvety Pumpkin Soup With Blue Cheese and Bacon

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
My cousin made this for Thanksgiving dinner and it was awesome. Just the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Don't think of changing anything if you want to keep this with the perfect mix.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2005
This was moist and good. However, mine did not rise as much as others. I dod used Fat Free sour cream and margarine versus butter (bad, but that is all I had). I mashed the bananas, too. Very tasty though.

Great and easy to make. Did omit the green pepper (only per preference).

Sweet and Sour Sauce II

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2005
Excellent. This makes a lot of sauce, too. I did omit the pineapple (my husband and I do not like it) and it was still great. Used it atop the Sweet and Sour Pork Patties recipe (submitted by Linda) on this website.

Sweet and Sour Pork Patties

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2005
These were great and quick to make. I cooked these on med-high for 4 minutes each side and they were perfect. As another member had suggested, I used the S&S sauce II recipe (submitted by Debbie) on this website and it was delicious!!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2005
This is great and oh so easy to make. My husband says it reminds him of Mac and Cheese, I agree. Although, it only takes me about 10-15 minutes to cook or less.

Lower Fat Banana Bread I

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2003
This is such a tasty banana bread, sweet and moist too! Great for a lower fat recipe. I must say, though, I only put in in the oven at 350 degrees for 42 minutes and it ended up slightly too dark.
