Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Made this last week. Didn't change a thing except used plain white vinegar instead of cider vinegar. Turned out perfect, eveyone loved it - served with basmati rice. Great! Thanks for the recipe...

Chicken Pesto Paninis

Made this the other night, only thing I changed was I cooked the peppers and onion slightly before putting on sandwich and added hot peppers to one. Everyone loved it, a great quick meal when your hungry but can't be bothered cooking.

Salisbury Steak

I made this for dinner tonight. Used all the ingredients except for prepared mustard (no dry), cut back on the ketchup (1 tsp) and added a can of mushroom condensed soup. Everyone really enjoyed it. I would add more flavour to the meat next time - the gravy was delicious, the texture really good (so splitting problems though I did add extra breadcrumbs - Italian). After removing from pan I added some water to the pan as the gravy was thick. The sauce was amazing - everyone loved it, just wanted some garlic and spices added to the meat next time - maybe a touch of hot sauce. Otherwise it was a really good, easy meal after work.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

I have been making this from this recipe for years and the only thing I change is the quantity of sweet potatoes, I find the quantity isn't enough so I at least double it and obviously the rest of the ingredients. It is perfect and I am asked to bring it every to most pot lucks.

Scottish Shortbread IV

Coming from Scotland I have been looking for a great shortbread recipe for some time. This one is perfect. I made it last night and most of it is gone.... I need to make a new batch tonight. It is quick, easy, cooks up a treat. Don't change a thing and thanks for the recipe.

Gerry's Chicken Enchiladas

This recipe took a while to make, but it was worth it - I had six people for dinner and I have never had such rave reviews of a meal. I made my own enchilada sauce but apart from that, didn't change a thing. The sauce takes quite a while to boil down so give yourself lots of time because you need to stir it a lot or it will burn. I will make this again and again, my kids loved the leftovers next day. I just served it with Mexican Rice and salad - it was perfect. Thank you so much.
