Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2005
This was amazing even though I only let it marinate for about 4 hours. I never roasted a chicken by reducing the oven temperature as the recipe states...and this was the juiciest chicken I ever made. I also stuffed the chicken with a halved lemon. The leftovers made a great chicken salad the next day. Thanks Indriani!

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2004
This was so yummy! I made extra dressing and used it to marinate some chicken breasts which I then grilled and added to the salad for a great meal. I also used grape tomatoes. Tasty and healthy...appreciate that...thanks Sabrina!

Muenster Chicken and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2004
This was a good, easy weekday meal. The only changes I made were to saute the mushrooms before adding to baking dish and I didn't bother with the foil. Thanks Mary!

Autumn Spice Ham Steak

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2003
My husband ate this, my 5 year old ate this, my 1 1/2 year old ate this and this is one happy mama! The only thing I changed was that I removed the ham steaks, added 1/2 tbsp of additional butter then cooked the apples w/ syrup. (I was in a hurry and the apples didn't seem to be getting done on top of the ham) After the apples were nice and carmelized, I returned the ham to the pan. Nice recipe, Thanks Sarah!

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

So good!! I didn't have any fresh tomatoes, so I substituted some sundried. I followed the previous reviewer's suggestion and finished baking in the oven. Easy enough for a weeknight meal and delicious and special enough for guests!

Sweet and Sour Pork I

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2003
To quote my husband..."this one's a keeper!" Excellent and easy. I put aside some pork and vegetables before adding the sauce for my picky four year...she gobbled it up. Like some of the other reviewers, I used all-purpose flour instead of the tapioca. Thank You Jennifer!

It doesn't get much quicker or easier than this and it tastes good! I added some sun-dried tomatoes. Great recipe if you haven't made it to the grocery store and don't want to call the pizza man (again!)
