Softest Soft Bread with Air Pockets Using Bread Machine

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2013
This recipe turned out perfect! I just got a bread maker and I've been trying a bunch of recipes. The first few I tried didn't turn out well, but this bread turned out exceptional!

Chocolate Cupcakes with Bailey's Creme Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2012
I didn't make the cupcakes, but the Bailey's frosting was fabulous! I made some chocolate cookies instead and put the frosting on those. They were a huge hit. Easiest frosting I've ever made!

Jambalaya

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2012
My boyfriend loves cajun cooking. I surprised him with this recipe one day and he said it was the best jambalaya he's ever had. I did tweak the recipe a bit. I only used the andouille to lighten it up a bit. I also used canned tomato sauce instead of crushed tomatoes because I don't like chunk of tomatoes. Also, I had great results sautéing the sausage in a bit of hot sauce.

Chewy Chocolate Cookies I

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2012
LOVED these cookies! I ended up making them two nights in a row they were such a hit! I did add an extra quarter cup of flour, about a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and omitted the chocolate chips. Also, I just put in a full cup of cocoa powder to make a darker chocolate cookie. My boyfriend thanks you for posting this recipe!

Hearty Beef Barley Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2012
Absolutely fantastic! Instead of using beef broth, I used beef consumé and added some rosemary for extra flavor. The soup was a huge hit.

Yakitori Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2012
Great marinade! It's quick and easy to make and tastes wonderful on boneless skinless chicken breasts and really any vegetable. Though I did add an extra clove of garlic and a squirt of chili sauce. Definitely one of my new staple meals.
