Spelt Bread II

this is a great recipe for proportions i just upgrade the quality of ingredients to make it a super healthy bread! I use almond milk, hemp milk or coconut milk whatever i have in fridge, raw honey, unrefined salt and coconut oil! I have also started adding one egg and 1/2 tsp less yeast and that helps this bread rise really well, otherwise you often end up with a very dense loaf when using spelt. I have also used my revised recipe to make hot dog and hamburger buns!!!

Creamy Blueberry Pie

this was a great base recipe, i just upgraded the quality fo the ingredients! I used a homemade spelt and coconut oil crust, unrefined sugar, unrefined salt, spelt flour and creme fraiche as substitutes! It turned out AMAZING!!

this is a great base recipe, i ended up adding every veggie i had in the fridge and creamy havarti cheese then topped with lacto fermented sourcrout, creme fraiche, unrefined salt and lots of fresh ground pepper! YUMMERS!

Shrimp and Asparagus

This is an awesome recipe!! I used organic rotini and cut up my asparagus into bite size pieces before steaming. I jazzed it up a bit and added shitake, oyster, portabella and button mushrooms, added juice of an entire lemon then topped with loads of italian asiago, pine nuts, unrefined salt and lots of fresh ground pepper!!!! Crazy delicious!
