Mulligatawny Soup I
I cheated and used already cooked meat from a store-bought rotisserie chicken! :) I 86'd the heavy cream and the flour. Also, I used wild rice instead of white. All these changes turned this into a lovely, brothy, warming, healthful, wonderful bowl of soup. Yum!

Rita's Spinach Casserole
This recipe is a keeper! Super easy, good & simple, and what I especially love about it is that most of the ingredients are things you can keep on hand. I 86'd the sour cream because we were out and I was too lazy to go to the store! :) I did cook some onions and garlic in a little olive oil right before browning the beef (in the same skillet). It's just a habit, what I always do when making ground meat for a recipe like this. Brilliant recipe, thank you for sharing!

The Ultimate Chili
This was good! We used ground turkey, used both green and red bell pepper, 86'd the red wine vinegar, and added corn (our kids love corn). We also used a bit more than a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Aside from that, we followed the recipe exactly. Very satisfying, everybody loved it. Served with a dollop of sour cream, some minced onion and shredded cheese, sliced avocado, and cornbread. Yumm-o!
