Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2015
I used all the same ingredients, but I assembled them different. I put the brown sugar on a plate, and I coated the bacon on both sides, then wrapped bacon around smokie. I threaded 7 smokies onto long skewers, which made turning a snap. I foil lined the pan, and also sprayed the foil, then put smokies on a rack (also sprayed) over the pan, no sticking at all. Clean up was a snap. I kept them warm by putting them in a glass 9x12 with 2 warming candles underneath. Some of the guests really liked them, and some thought they were OK. l personally like them.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
This was very good, and easy to make. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The salmon with dijon mustard is a great marriage. Actually it was not enough mustard for me so I put a little on my plate to dip the salmon in. I used honey dijon mustard. Will make again.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2013
I have been making this recipe for years. It is very moist and great tasting with the cheese added. I usually add more onions, and worcestershire sauce. Very good dish. I think I will follow one suggestion to microwave the peppers, instead of putting them in boiling water. This will save time.

Onion-Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
Thanks for this easy recipe. I did not follow this recipe exactly. I added two onions sliced to the mixture. I think I will cut out at least 5 minutes of baking. The potatoes were nice and soft, but my husband likes his potatoes a little harder. The taste was fabulous.
