The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it's not quite as crunch as the store bought, but I do think it tastes better. When I made this I only used 1 1/2 c sugar, added some molasses (maybe why it wasn't as crunchy?) and stevia. It was very sweet and I'm pretty sure I didn't over substitute sweeteners. I would recommend only putting this in two 9 x 13 pans to bake. Some of mine was spread very thin and baked up crispy (some even burnt) and when I went to blend it up it easily turned to powder. The parts that were thicker and "softer" easily blended into grape nut size pieces.
