Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
Absolutely delicious! Although, I did alter the recipe a bit, it is a very forgiving recipe and a great starting point for your own personal taste. I used beef/pork tortellini instead of cheese ravioli, two cans of basil, oregano, & garlic diced tomatoes, and one large can of artichoke hearts and the entire bunch of green onions. It was so simple and looked and tasted like a meal you would get in an Italian restaurant. So glad to have found this recipe!!

Eggplant and Zucchini Casserole

What a great way to use up those garden veggies. Definitely a recipe worthy of pulling out the food processor as it is a lot of chopping veggies, but well worth the effort! Made it over 6 months ago and my boyfriend still requests it regularly! Thanks!

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Soooo good and loved that they didn't have to be fried like traditional chimichangas. I loved all of the vegetables and different spices working together to make one great flavor. Awesome recipe, thanks for sharing!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
To much work without an extraordinary return! I was expecting much more than this recipe had to offer. The flavor of it was good, don't get me wrong, however the first bite wasn't one of those moments where you think, "This is the best thing I've tasted in a long time." That's what I look for in a 5-star recipe!

Fat Free Refried Beans

Not appealing to any of my senses, looked gross, tasted gross and smelled gross. Sorry for the negative rating, I really was looking forward to trying it. Guess that's what trial and error is all about!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
Wonderful! I would give it more stars if I had the option!! I added Italian turkey sausage for my meat-loving boyfriend, which ended up giving it a really great added flavor for a lot less fat than regular Italian sausage. I also used two cans of diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic seasoning in place of the tomatoes to make prep time go a little quicker. Overall an excellent and filling meal . . . I'm sending it to a friend right away! Thanks, Suki!!!

Great recipe but didn't blow me away. I do love apple crumb pie and am always looking for "the recipe." I think I'll stash this one away but continue on in my search.

I wasn't all that impressed with this recipe. I love bruschetta, but this just didn't have the zing I was looking for. Will keep looking . . .

My roommates and I LOVE this recipe. We are addicted to Chipotle and when the cash flow is low for us poor college kids, this is the next best thing!

Baked Ziti I

So good! My family devoured this when I made it. I like to add a can of diced tomatoes w/ Italian seasonings or basil, garlic and oregano. It adds a little extra taste and is another serving of veggies.

I made these cookies for my boyfriend's family of 10 and every crumb was gone that same day! I've only made them twice and have received such rave reviews each time. Look out Mrs. Fields!
