Parmesan Asparagus

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2014
I did it exactly how it said and it still came out kind of hard. Everyone else at the table liked it but me though so maybe it is just my taste preference but I think it needed cooked longer. Also, I added bacon bits and some shredded mozzarella cheese to the Parmesan and spice and it was very good...

Momma's McBiscuits

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2014
This recipe was a huge hit for my family. I didnt have bacon so I used turkey sausage and cut it into little pieces instead. Also, we made corn meal gravy and regular sausage as a side (because someone wanted to doubt the turkey gravy). When it came out we poured the gravy on top and OHHHHHH. we ran out of gravy FAST! Perfect with the biscuits. We did have alot of leftover eggs mix. Next time Ill use half the amount. all in all though it was great. Will be having frequently now.

Gnocchi Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2014
Okay so this recipe was good. Wasnt the best but I think that was partly my fault and my improvising. I didnt have sausage and the only meat I had thawed was turkey bacon (which smelled and tasted weird, even for turkey bacon....old maybe?) and I used 24 oz. sauce, also. I used a little more cheese and then we all put some more on top after we got our plates (we are cheese lovers). All in all it was a good meal, but I know it would be a great one if I had used sausage (or even chicken). I would never recommend turkey bacon (or at least that package I had). p.s. It was very filling. One plate and we were full. p.p.s I used salt, pepper and oregano, which was awesome!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2012
I used both white and dark reeses cups. I did exactly as recipe said, except I used a regular sized muffin tin, and it made about 2 dozen, not 40. I did freeze the reeses before putting them in the cookie, it was perfect. The cookies are great and hopefully the family will feel as excited about eating them tomorrow as I do! Gotta love Christmas cookies! Also, one thing to keep in mind is that they are a softer kinda cookie so if you like hard cookies (my dad does, but I like soft) then you might need some adjusting there.

Deep Fried Oreos®

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2012
It was so simple. Instead, we used pancake batter (with water) and skipped milk eggs and whatnot. The first batch stuck to the bottom of the deep fryer basket. After that we just put the basket down and kinda plopped them in, they didn't stick, they floated, and when time to take them out we either used a fork or just lifted the basket out. Sooo good. We used golden oreo's, also. Definitely something to try.
