My siblings and I all LOVE this type of cookie! I am not a master chef, although you would think I am when I used this recipe! My cookies were not flat although, I tend to mix things until all the lumps are out (I'm a bit of a perfectionist in that manner). I'm keeping this one. I did what many reviewers suggested by lessening the salt and increasing the flower.
