Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Easy and tasty. Next time I'd leave out the seasoning and just use salt and pepper... or seasons of your choice.

Green Bean Okazu

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2005
Yum. I used canned Italian-cut green beans (no need to cook as long) and splenda in place of sugar. Very good, I'll definitely keep this one!

Zucchini and Cheese

I love all the ingredients in this dish and thought it would become one of my favorites. I was disappointed. The end result was rather wet, which I found unappetizing. Not sure if I did something wrong? I wouldn't make again.

Fantastic Mexican Dip

Family loves this and requests it often. I use only 1lb ground beef and add a can of refried beans to the beef after browning. Top it with green pepper, green onion, olives, tomatoes. Mmm!

Extreme Veggie Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2003
I haven't made this recipe, but I do make one very similar. Saute onions, garlic, tomatoes, celery, zuccini, mushrooms, bell pepper, (optional) add a sliced low-fat turkey hotdog... then mix in three egg whites, salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. No need for cheese or milk. Very healthy and filling.

Best Chicken Salad Ever I

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2003
Easy and delicious! The amounts of all ingredients can be adjusted to personal taste. I used more celery, dried cranberries instead of raisins, and lots of miracle whip plus nonfat sour cream. My guests loved it as a side salad and the leftovers made yummy sandwhiches the next day. I'll make again and again.
