Double Tomato Bruschetta

I just made these for a house party. They were great! I didn't use sun dried tomatoes. I doubled the amount of basil and minced it as much as possible. Added Parmesan cheese.

Restaurant Style Beef and Broccoli

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Absolutely delish! I marinated overnight and left out the onion powder. It was great. I cooked it at 275 degrees for 3 hours and 250 for 1.5 hours. It came out juicy and fall off the bone tender. I served it with gravy- used easy turkey gravy reciepe from this website. I have been using the left overs for salads ever since!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

I found this reciepe ok. Nothing out of this world. Added some chicken stock to make it smoother. I found the cheese to be overwhelming. I had to serve with gravy, or else it would have been mediocre.

Thai Chicken with Basil Stir Fry

Made this last week. Used button mushrooms instead of shitiake and light coconut milk. My BF enjoyed it, but I found it to be OK. I would add more spice next time, probably some jalapenos or some cayanne pepper.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Delicious! I used a cedar plank to grill the salmon. It came out with excellent flavor. Did not marinate the fish for as long as the recipe says, but it still came out perfect.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Awesome Slow Cooker BBQ chicken recipe! I used Rudy's BBQ sauce and fresh chicken breast. I added a little bit of chicken stock to the sauce because there didn't seem to be enough cooking juice. Cooked for approximately 3.5 hrs on high. I shreded the chicken and added in more BBQ sauce at the end. I paired it with the Pioneer Woman's Cilantro Slaw recipe, pickle and roll. It was an excellent dinner sandwich. Will definitely make it again!

Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce

This was an OKAY recipe. I used chicken broth instead of wine. Also added some minced garlic. Used more AP flour to thicken the sauce. Overall, it was a little too lemony.

Grill Master Chicken Wings

Absolutely delish! I marinaded my chicken wings for 2 hrs and baked them for 40 mins at 400 degrees. I only used 2 tbsp of butter, but it honestly didn't need it. I also used franks hot buffalo sauce and it was perfect. Will make again!

Chicken and Herbs in White Wine

Absolutely delicious! I forgot to pick up mushrooms while at the grocery store, so I made this reciepe without it. I did make the sauce into a gravy with flour and water. I topped fresh cut green onions over it and served it with wheat pasta. The chicken was so tender and juicy! I will make this again!
