If you are looking for a deep-dish pepperoni pizza crust recipe, this is NOT the recipe for you. That being said, I made this (minus one egg as per pervious reviews) and thought it was fabulous. I topped it with leftover grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese. I baked it for 15 mintes and added mozz and parm cheeses. I used a jelly roll pan and spread it with a spoon sprayed with Pam. This crust was thin and crisp and perfect. I will use this recipe for my BBQ chicken and Hot wing pizza recipes also - Thanks for this great and fast recipe!
