This recipe was called "bites of Heaven" by one of my co-workers. I made it exactly as described. You need to beat the cream cheese for quite a while (I will time it next time I make it)) until it is fluffy, almost like whipped cream. I baked my 30 minutes in a metal pan and it was perfect. It was fantastic warm but it did stay crispy on top while in the fridge the next day.

Blue Cheese Ball

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Very good. I ended up serving it as a dip because I live in Texas and the heat was being kind to it. I served it with chocolate animal crackers and graham cracker sticks.

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

These were great! Very moist. I used vanilla yogurt and frozen blueberries (dusted with flour). I can't wait to try other fruit. 3/22 - I made these again with vanilla yogurt, apples and cinnamon. They are great.

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

Very good - I did cook it a little longer and it was tender and moist. I used 1/2 legs and 1/2 breasts and the gravy was very good on both.

Turtle Cookies III

I made these in 4-H when I was little. They are best eaten right away. My boys (ages 6 and 3) had a ball making them at first but got bored making just 4 at time. next time I will cut the recipe in 1/2 for instant gratification.

Pizza Dough I

This pizza dough was fast and easy. I did have to bake it a little longer than expected as it came out doughy even after I pre-baked it without any toppings. It had good flavor.
