Cajun Seafood Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2004
Wow - this was very easy and delicious! I used 1lb of shrimp and 1lb of chicken per my husbands request. I also used a little less crushed red pepper then suggested - it was very spicy! I served it with garlic bread and salad! The left overs (there was only a small amount) reheated nicely! I will definitly make again - thanks for sharing!

Eggplant Tomato Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2004
This was fantastic and soo easy! I sprayed olive oil on each slice then added a tomoatoe slice, some italian seasonings and some reduced fat mozz cheese. It tastes great reheated and on top of some lettuce! Great South Beach Diet lunch!

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2003
This marinade was fantasic and soo easy! I used one inch thick boneless pork cultlets and feel that these were the best I have ever made. I had a few left over and they even tasted great reheated the next day! I used 8 fresh limes, garlic powder and Lowry's season salt. Thanks for the great recipe!!
