To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Loved it. The muffins were beautiful and delicious. I was worried that I should have used brown sugar instead of white for the topping, but it was great as is - it kind of made crusty streusel. I love blueberries so probably added an extra 1/2 cup of them. I also added a little vanilla after tasting the batter. I see some people added more sugar to the muffin recipe but it's absolutely not necessary with the sweet streusel topping.(I also added a pinch of salt to the streusel topping because I feel that it really enhances and rounds out the sweet flavor.) If you leave the topping off, maybe use a heaping 1/2 cup sugar instead of a level cup in the muffin batter. The batter does look a little thick, but the muffins were perfect. I made 6 jumbo muffins, and have enough left-over streusel topping to freeze for another batch.

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
This was great. I used vermouth instead of wine, which I totally prefer in cooking. Also, others complained the sauce was a little thin, so I dredged the chicken in seasoned flour before I browned it & the sauce was just thick enough. I will do this again.

Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake
Just made this cake tonight - Wow! A great cake for which my company asked the recipe for. As others have said though, the cake might spill over a bit and you really must cook it closer to 1 hour. I'm going to try it with chocolate chunks next time because the chips mostly melted & I think a bite of chocolate would be a nice surprise. Also, it's a very rich cake, so I just dusted it with powdered sugar. A great recipe to fiddle with.
