I couldn't wait to make this recipe after stumbling across it; however, it didn't blow my socks off. My husband hated the breadcrumbs. I didn't mind them, but probably could have done with less than 1/2 cup. My cheese mixture was a little thin when pouring onto the noodles but it did thicken up during baking. That being said though, the end result wasn't as cheesy as we had expected (I did use two cups skim milk and one cup 2% milk, so this might be why.) I also put in 1 cup peas (I put them in frozen during the last minute of boiling the noodles.) Finally, it was a little bland tasting. It needs something else for a little more flavor. It was an easy recipe and worth a try, but I won't necessarily make it again.
