Zucchini Galore

I have a similar recipe for zuchinni;however, I suate onions and garlic, add sliced zuchinni top with garden fresh tomatoes and then top with any left over cheeses you have in the frig.

Favorite Barbecue Chicken

WE like garlic, so I added extra garlic. marinate a whole chicken cut-up over night. I had to quickly make another batch of the sauce after putting chicken on the grill,there just wasn't enought to baste with. We will use this recipe again, only next time I will double the recipe. will definately use it again.

Grilled Portobello and Mozzarella

I put alittle bit of a spin on this. i marinated for 48 hours, with good seasons italian. Grilled and topped with fresh smoked mozzarrella. Serve with a simple caesar salad. My husband says this is a keeper

Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots

I tweaked this a bit for more flavor. First dip chix in soy sauce,then in flour,fry until lightly crispy. I also added mushrooms with the shallots and garlic. simmer chix about 20-minutes until done. Also thicken sauce with cornstarch and water.
