Sweet and Sour Sauce II
This recipe is wonderful and easy. I added about 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes for a little kick. It does make a large amount, but it freezes well and is like "fresh made" when thawed and warmed. Actually, I plan to make the recipe today and freeze it in portion sizes. (I will divide it into 4 small freezer containers, then it will be ready when I need it - just thaw, warm in microwave, and serve). Like others suggested, I will use the juice from the pineapple, use less sugar, use crushed pineapple instead of tidbits, and add a little soy sauce, but the recipe as written is wonderful. I used it on pork meatballs baked in the oven. WOW....

Salmon Patties With Dill Sauce
I love this recipe. It is perfect for the small can of salmon. I used crushed garlic bagel chips instead of the crackers for more flavor. The dill dip is wonderful also. I got 4 small patties with this recipe. A perfect meal for two people along with cream potatoes and green peas. Yum Yum....This is a keeper..
